Clean Room
The clean room insulated panels are designed and produced for clean-rooms for semi-conductors, electronic equipments, precision machines, aerospace industry, pharmaceutical and many other industries that require dust and biological particles controlled environment.
The panels consist of relatively thin metal sheet on both sides and enclose a core which is relatively thick and light but offer adequate stiffness in a direction normal to face of panels. The facings are steel and have profiled aluminium/steel members as spacers and connectors.
The panels are easy to install, offer better thermal resistance than polystylene foam and are made with insulation materials without CFC/HCHC.
The panels find application in electrical, pharmaceutical and automobile industries along with any other industrial clean-room applications.
